RETURN POLICY — PACKING & RESTAURANT SUPPLIES


We strive to process all returns as smoothly and efficiently as possible.


Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:


Products must be unused
Products must be in original packaging
Products must be in resalable condition
Return authorization must be approved prior to shipping


Refunds:


Refunds will be issued for the purchase price only
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

RETURN POLICY — VINYL FENCE & ACCESSORIES


Due to the custom nature of fencing materials, we do NOT accept returns on:


Fence panels
Fence posts
Post wraps
Gates
Gate kits
Stiffeners
Custom fabricated products


These products are manufactured, cut, or prepared specifically for customer orders.


ACCESSORY RETURNS


We may accept returns on approved accessory items only, including:


Solar caps
Standard post caps
End caps
Gate hardware
Related accessories


All approved returns are subject to:


Return authorization approval
Inspection upon arrival
Original packaging requirements
Restocking fees
RETURN CONDITIONS


For approved returns:


Customer is responsible for all shipping charges
Customer pays both outbound and return shipping costs
Materials must be returned in original condition
Products must be unused and resalable
Original packaging must be intact


Any damaged, used, altered, or incomplete items may be denied credit.


RESTOCKING FEE


Approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.


RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIREMENT


Customers must contact OKANHA LLC within 10 days of receiving the shipment to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA).


Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.


The RMA number must be clearly marked on:


Boxes
Packaging
Shipping labels
Related paperwork
INSPECTION PROCESS


All returned products will be inspected upon arrival.


Missing parts, damaged materials, missing instructions, or damaged packaging may result in:


Reduced refund amount
Partial credit
No refund


Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally received.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Installed products
Clearance items
Final sale items
Opened adhesives or chemicals
Special-order materials
Fabricated fence products
SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS


Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.

Photos of damages
Shipping labels
